You may have assurance needs that don’t call for an audit. We can prepare and deliver compilation and review services. A compilation presents information that is a representation of management in the form of financial statements and supplementary information without our expressing any degree of assurance on the statements. In a review of financial statements, we provide limited assurance that there are no material modifications that should be made to the financial statements. A review is comprised primarily of inquiries of company personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data. These services are directed primarily at closely held businesses where assurance as a result of an audit are not required.
